The fields which must be presented in the TraceDB Window can be selected by the programmer from those available by means of using the "Field Choice" window.
The fields or columns which can be displayed are described below:
The 'Event Time' column reports the date and time of the data recording. The time is always shown with the operating system's local time and will be displayed in the "YYYY-MM-GG HH-MM-SS" format.
The name of the user logged in the project is recorded in this field only when a variable has been modified by a user (i.e. through a display, watch window etc.)
The 'Action' column reports what caused the variable variation. For instance, the variation may have been caused by the a screen control, (display, button, etc), a communication driver, or the Movicon Watch window, etc.
The 'Value' column reports the requested value to be set in the variable. In certain situations, the conditions needed may not be met to activate the value requested and, therefore, the resulting value may not be the one requested.
The 'Before' column reports the value of the variable before it changed.
The 'After' column reports the resulting value obtained after being changed. In certain situations, this value may not correspond to the one requested, for instance, if input is not executed properly.
The 'Quality' column reports the quality of the variable while being recorded.
The "TimeStamp" Column shows the TimeStamp of the variable record.
The "Variable Name" shows the name of the variable that was recorded. The variable name will be added to the column only when the text has been entered in the Trace's "Table Name" variable property, for example for defining a customized table name or for sharing the same table with other variables being Traced (see "Variable Tracing(Audit Trail)" section).
The "Variable Group" shows which Group the recorded variable belongs to. This column will be populated only when the variable's trace "Add Variable Group Column" property has been enabled.
The "Variable Description" column shows the description of the variable that was recorded. This column will only be populated if the variable's "Add variable Group Column" property has been enabled.
