Siemens S7 PPI

The Siemens S7 PPI Driver was designed specifically for use with Siemens S7 200 PLCs communicating via the PPI interface connected on the Serial RS232 port. The Siemens S7 PPI serial port adapter handles PPI connectivity on the PC.

Any other device compatible with the S7-PPI protocol is supported.

The S7 PPI driver supports Single Master Multidrop RS485 PPI networks via the Siemens PPI Serial cable. See the section "Cable" for more information.
