Alignment ToolBar

The Movicon Alignment ToolBar shows the commands presented in the "Layout Menu". These commands are used to align the various objects and drawings inserted on screen.

 

 

Objects can also be aligned on screen according to their barycentre. This function can be access by keeping the "Shift" key pressed down and selecting the command from the "toolbar" or from the alignment menu.

 

Align Left

This command aligns the selected objects to the left hand side of the screen.

 

Align Right

This command aligns the selected objects to the right hand side of the screen.

 

Align Top

This command aligns the selected objects at the top of the screen.

 

Align Bottom

This command aligns the selected objects at the bottom of the screen.

 

Centre Vertically

This command centres the selected objects vertically within the screen area. When more than one object is selected, they will be centred within the area they occupy.

 

Centre Horizontally

This command centres the selected objects horizontally within the screen area. When more than one object is selected, they will be centred within the area they occupy.

 

Same Width

This command resizes with the same width of the objects selected on screen.

 

Same Height

This command resizes with the same height of the objects selected on screen.

 

Same Size

This command resizes with the same width and height of the objects selected on screen.

 

Grid ON-OFF

This command allows you to activate or deactivate the Grid on screen.

 

Snap to Grid

This command allows you to activate or deactivate the object alignment to the Grid on screen. This command also works when the Grid is not displayed, which means that the objects will be aligned according to the Grid's settings.

 

Rulers

This command allows you to activate or deactivate the Rulers from showing on screen.
