By using the Item Execution properties, you will be able to associate the command to be evoked when it is selected and activated from the menu. To do this, simply select the item required and then edit its settings through the Movicon 'Properties Window'.
This edit box is used to insert the name of the variable which will activate the item from the menu. It can also be selected by using the the '...' browse button on the right. When the variable obtains the 'zero' value, the menu item will appear active and then available for command execution. When nothing is specified in this box, therefore left empty, Movicon will consider this item as enabled.
The name of the variable which determines the check sign (√) to display at the side of the menu item is entered here or selected by using the '…' browse button on the right. If nothing is specified in this option, the check sign will not display.

This button opens the Movicon 'Command List' window where a list of one or several commands to be executed when the Menu Item is activated have been defined. For further information on the commands which are available, please consult the "Command List" paragraph.
